1. Who is responsible for your information
The Tax Pro Millionaires Circle LLC, referred to here as “TPMC,” “we,” or “us,” provides tax-professional education, software, mentorship, and partner support. This policy covers information you give us through this website and the related communications we manage. An external scheduling, payment, or other service may have its own privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
When you submit our inquiry form, we collect:
- Your name and email address.
- Your telephone number, if you choose to provide it.
- Your program interest and the message you send us.
- Your separate choices about service-related and marketing text messages, including a choice to receive neither.
We also retain the submission time, source page, consent wording and its version, and a record of the choices submitted. Technical information may include your browser’s user-agent information and an IP address supplied by our hosting infrastructure. These records help us document permissions, operate the site, and investigate misuse.
This website does not accept payments or document uploads. Please do not put Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank information, passwords, or other sensitive client records in the inquiry form. We will direct you to an appropriate process if additional information is needed for a service.
3. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, explain relevant programs, coordinate requested consultations, and provide account, enrollment, training, or partner support. We also use records to manage communication preferences, protect the website, troubleshoot problems, and meet applicable obligations.
If you separately authorize texts, we may use your number for the categories you selected. Promotional permission does not follow automatically from submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, purchasing a service, or supplying a phone number. Your form submission records your request and preferences; it does not itself send a text message.
4. Mobile information and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, text-message opt-in information, or consent records. Information documenting your permission to receive texts is excluded from the disclosure categories in this policy, except for providers that need it to deliver the messaging service on our behalf. It is never transferred to another business as permission to contact you.
Contracted hosting, CRM, messaging, and customer-service providers may process the limited information needed to deliver services on our behalf. That operational access does not permit them to use your mobile information or consent for their own marketing or another business’s marketing, and it does not transfer your permission to another sender.

5. Limited operational disclosures
Authorized TPMC personnel and service providers may access information when needed to respond to you, maintain systems, deliver requested services, or administer preferences. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect people and systems, or establish and defend legal rights. These purposes do not authorize third-party promotional use of your mobile information or consent.
6. Website technology and external links
We have not configured advertising pixels or cross-site marketing trackers on this website. Technical request records may be processed by our hosting infrastructure to serve and secure the site. Clicking an external calendar or another provider’s link takes you to that provider’s service; its privacy and browser-technology practices then apply. Review its policy before providing information there.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including responding to requests, documenting consent, honoring opt-outs, resolving disputes, and meeting applicable requirements. Retention depends on the information and circumstances; we do not promise a single deletion date for every record.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to limit unauthorized access and protect stored information. No website, transmission, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Consent history and suppression records may need to remain available even after ordinary inquiry information is no longer needed.
8. Your choices and requests
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. The rights available to you depend on applicable law, and some information may be retained when an exception or obligation applies.
To stop texts, reply STOP to a TPMC message. For messaging assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly. You may also contact us to change other communication preferences. An SMS opt-out does not prevent you from contacting us by email or telephone for support.
9. Audience and policy updates
Our programs and this website are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We may update this policy as our services or practices change and will post the revised effective date here. A policy update does not create new SMS permission.
